By booking, purchasing, or participating in any Etherayan service (commercial or sponsored), all individuals, corporate clients, schools, and partner organizations explicitly agree to these Event-Specific Media Rights as a binding condition of service.

Service-Specific Terms and Cancellation Policies

All terms, conditions, refund, and cancellation policies regarding specific events are listed directly on their respective service pages. Every individual package, module, camp or customized program—whether commercial or social—is strictly governed by the specific rules of our three primary service categories:

1. Scope and Nature of Service

Etherayan organizes social outreach programs, village classrooms, and educational camps to support under-resourced communities. Because these initiatives are supported through our internal resource frameworks, all programs are subject to structural availability, site viability, and institutional eligibility verification. Etherayan reserves the absolute right to schedule, reschedule, filter, or limit these programs based on logistics, weather safety, and manpower availability.

2. Voluntary Nature of Service (Non-Employment)

Participation in any Etherayan community initiative as a student helper or volunteer is strictly on an explicit, non-contractual, voluntary basis.

• Registration or selection for an outreach shift does not constitute a formal internship, apprenticeship, or contract of employment.

• Volunteers do not become employees, agents, or payroll staff of Etherayan.

• There is no long-term commitment required or implied, and volunteers have complete freedom of schedule to accept or decline individual session dates.

3. Selection to Advanced Training Tiers

Our Student Instructor & Entrepreneurship Advancement Track is purely merit-based and selection-only.

• Participation as a basic volunteer does not guarantee automatic selection or entry into this advanced training circle.

• Selection is based entirely on field performance, technical aptitude, and alignment with our community etiquette rules.

• Any opportunity to assist with paid commercial events is optional, conditional, and classified strictly as an event-specific travel stipend or token honorarium, not a fixed wage or salary.

4. Telescope Facilitator (BYOT) Status

Individuals who register through our "Bring Your Own Telescope" (BYOT) framework participate strictly as Independent Telescope Facilitators.

• Facilitators bring and operate their personal optical gear as community hobbyists and do not hold any legal or commercial partnership in Etherayan.

• While our team assists with safety routing and basic handling on-site, the primary upkeep, functional maintenance, and baseline care of the personal equipment remain the responsibility of the owner.

5. Transportation and Logistics

Etherayan may offer shared team transportation to and from specific venues starting from our location in Bavdhan. This service is entirely optional. Volunteers and Facilitators who choose to leverage this support do so at their own convenience. Alternatively, participants are free to arrange their own independent transit directly to the verified venue boundaries.

6. Mandatory Code of On-Site Conduct

To safeguard the dignity and security of vulnerable groups, all volunteers and facilitators must strictly adhere to our baseline operational etiquette:

• Humbleness: Participants must interact with hosting shelter staff, authorities, and children with absolute patience, gentleness, and humility.

• Child Boundaries: Volunteers must follow the instructions of the venue wardens and maintain standard professional boundaries with minors at all times.

• Digital Privacy: To protect the privacy of children under shelter care, taking personal selfies or publishing unapproved photographs showing children's faces on personal social media handles is strictly prohibited.

Failure to follow these basic behavioral protocols will result in immediate removal from the event site and permanent exclusion from the Etherayan network.

7. Institutional Approvals and On-Site Permissions

Etherayan delivers its social and outreach programs strictly upon the invitation and prior authorization of the hosting facility.

* It is the sole responsibility of the hosting institution (school, orphanage, shelter, or community center) to secure all necessary clearances, guardian consents, or local authority permissions required to conduct the event on their premises.

* Etherayan operates under the explicit assumption that the hosting authority or warden has obtained these legal consents before our team arrives.

* To maintain child safety boundaries, the hosting facility must ensure that an official staff member, warden, or guardian is physically present at the viewing site to supervise the participants throughout the entire duration of the session, we do not take the responsibility of any kind of untoward incident or injury to the participants during the event.

8. Equipment and Venue Liability Boundaries

Etherayan brings delicate optical hardware and computational instruments to venues to facilitate space education.

* Perimeter Safety: To safeguard this equipment, a strict physical perimeter will be established around the telescope tracking zones. All participants must follow the boundary rules set by our team.

* Crowd Management: The hosting institution acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring participants do not rush, push, or handle the equipment without direct supervisor guidance.

* Third-Party Property: Etherayan is not responsible for any accidental or negligent damage caused to an independent Facilitator's personal BYOT gear by hosting facility participants, nor is Etherayan liable for replacing third-party property brought voluntarily to the field.

* Premises Protection: Etherayan operates strictly as an invited guest and is not responsible for any accidental or negligent damage caused to the place, premises, structural buildings, or venue items during the conduct of the event.

Etherayan operates strictly as a commercial service firm structured as a Sole Proprietorship, formally registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME / Udyam Registration) and the local Shop and Establishment Act. Etherayan is not registered as a non-profit organization, non-governmental organization (NGO), or charitable trust.

All social outreach, village classrooms, and community initiatives are managed under a strict, self-funded cross-subsidisation model. Etherayan utilizes its internal business avenues, corporate revenues, and profits generated from premium commercial bookings to entirely fund, support, and execute its social welfare programs. Etherayan does not solicit, accept, or process public donations, grants, or third-party charitable funding of any kind. All commercial transactions, bookings, service fees, and operations are processed transparently through our authorized proprietorship banking channels in strict compliance with standard micro-enterprise accounting limits, local state rules, prevailing tax regulations, and Indian income tax standards.
