Astronomical Activities

• Safety Compliance: Attendees must follow all instructor safety guidelines and instructions given by the supervisors.

• Supervision: The institution must provide at least two staff members to assist with student discipline and safety.

• Liability: The organizers are not responsible for injuries resulting from participant negligence or horseplay.

• Damages: Any damage caused by a participant to shared facility equipment or resources will be the responsibility of the participant.

• Cloud Cover: Astronomical viewing is weather-dependent; if clouds block visibility, we will extend the indoor interactive session.

• Conduct: The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without a refund.

• Place of Conduction: The individual/institute/organization booking the workshop must provide a suitable and enough space to accommodate their participants with the instructors and for demonstrations within their premises.

• Booking Policy:

  1. Booking will be by registration on our website followed by a token advance amount payment towards component/material buying, subjected the discussed quotation.

  2. Full payment must typically be settled on or before the event date unless discussed otherwise while booking.

• Refund Policy:

  1. The token amount will not be refundable once the booking and component/material procurement is confirmed under any circumstances.

  2. If the booking is cancelled by us, we will refund the entire token amount.

• The service provider Etherayan reserves all rights of organization and cancellation/alteration of/to its events.

Rocket Making Workshop

• Venue Requirements: The institution is responsible for providing a secure, suitable room with adequate seating, lighting, and power.

• Technical Equipment: The school must ensure functioning audio-visual equipment, such as projectors, microphones, and high-speed internet for online segments.

• Staff Support: The school/college/organization should provide a point of contact or student volunteers to assist with on-ground coordination.

• Confirmation: A booking is considered final only upon receipt of a written confirmation and a non-refundable deposit.

• Booking Policy:
